WITNESSVETTED
HAS YOUR EXPERT EVER BEEN EXCLUDED?
WitnessVetted is a verified expert-witness directory and vetting-dossier service. Every profile is compiled from the public record, and every checked fact shows its source and the date it was checked. Launching in forensic economics. No scores. No rankings we will not show our work for.
THE PROBLEMDirectory profiles are written by the expert. The failures that follow are documented. Expert directories charge experts 295 to 1,695 dollars a year for self-written profiles, with no challenge history attached. Cases on the record: a degree that did not exist (Karen Read trial, 2025); a retirement hiding a guilty plea; a suspended license found by the defense; Asokere v. Waldrop (2024): both experts excluded. PwC: about 45 percent of Daubert challenges succeed in whole or in part. We do that research once, cite it, date it, and publish it where both sides can see it.HOW VERIFICATION WORKSVerification you can check, not a badge you have to trust. 1. Capture the experts claims, labeled self-reported. 2. Search the public record. 3. Keep only what a court record states. 4. Every fact carries its source and check date. 5. Label what could not be verified as self-reported or unverified. 6. Correct errors on notice, with a dated note. No unpublished scores, no completeness claims, no quality ratings.
